Property Roadshow for Hong Kong Investors

Mitsui Fudosan Realty’s Consulting Division and International Department held a two-day Property Roadshow for Hong Kong Investors from June 1st to June 2nd, 2017, in collaboration with a leading Hong Kong real estate agency, Landscope Christie’s International Real Estate.
We have held similar roadshows since 2013, and this is the 7th of its kind.
This particular event was also jointly held with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank., Deloitte Tohmatsu, and RJC Research, and they presented on financing, taxation, and lease management respectively.
Over 20 parties of clients attended, and consultations were held to individually introduce investment properties and answer any related questions (e.g. property management, financing, etc.).
We would like to express our gratitude for all who participated, and shall continue to work in collaboration with our partners to comprehensively assist clients in finding investment properties in Japan.
